Some of the first faces you will see when you walk into the AMI Mays Landing office are those of our front desk staff. Being greeted with a friendly smile is simple, yet vitally important. We want to ensure that our patients have the best possible experience, from the time they walk through our doors until they leave the office after their exam.
The front desk staff is responsible for registering patients, answering questions and being great support to our patients. Their main goal is to accommodate the needs of our patients in a prompt, professional manner.
In 2014, the Mays Landing office won the annual AMI Customer Service Excellence Award. This award is given to the office that received the highest overall satisfaction rating from our patients. Kudos to the Mays Landing staff!
